Postpartum pelvic floor & core recovery
Rebuild pelvic floor strength and core tone after baby, once your OB/GYN gives the all-clear.
Your pelvic floor after pregnancy
Pregnancy and delivery put real strain on the pelvic floor. BTL reports that 59% of postpartum women have decreased pelvic floor strength (BTL, data on file). Leaking with a sneeze, a run or picking up your little one is common, but it doesn’t have to be your new normal.
When can I start?
Emsella and Emsculpt NEO are never used during pregnancy. After delivery, wait until your own OB/GYN clears you, usually at your postpartum checkup. If you are breastfeeding, have had a C-section, or had complications, talk with your physician about timing.

Pelvic floor strengthening with Emsella, plus Emsculpt NEO for core strength and tone. Emsculpt NEO is not a treatment for diastasis recti; ask your physician about abdominal separation.
Core to floor
BTL’s “Core to Floor” approach pairs Emsculpt NEO for the abdominal muscles with Emsella for the pelvic floor. In BTL’s data, 97% of women after childbirth reported a stronger core and 94% reported better posture (BTL, data on file). Results vary. Learn more at Emsculpt NEO Midland.
